Marketing Manager - Financial Services

Our client, one of the nations leading financial services providers is seeking a Marketing Manager to assist in the development of fully comprehensive marketing strategies to support the Private Client Services Group (PCS), its 35+ offices nationwide, and 400 Financial Advisors.

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, the Marketing Manager assumes a leadership position that is viewed as a key role in further establishing and expanding the plans, implementation and activities of various internal and external facing marketing, communication, and event initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Interface with senior executives in developing the comprehensive marketing strategy agenda and full marketing plan
Oversee planning, development and execution of short and long range goals
Execute marketing plan while effectively managing brand and reputational risk
Analyze marketing return on investment and other related issues, and develop cost effective solutions to marketing issues
Support the overall Advisor relationship from facilitating corporate tours, transition, business development to succession
Advocate for the introduction of new and innovative marketing solutions for the Private Client Services division
Create client facing materials to support business growth
Provide direction to cross-functional Marketing Department team members as needed for development and execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns
Build strategic relationships and demonstrate a collaborative, inclusive style
Contributes to peers' success and embrace diversity of thought, background and experience in driving teams towards identification of optimal marketing solutions
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials

Experience and Skills
Bachelor's degree (required), with 6+ years of marketing related experience
Financial Industry knowledge is required
Experience in managing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns
Solid organization skills and ability to work across multiple functions
Excellent writing, editing, and verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills
Ability to demonstrate flexible and independent thinking; maximize personal impact; and deal well with ambiguity
Possess strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Proven ability to listen to and collaborate with peers, individuals and teams in non-reporting situations
Professional presence and ability to develop strong working relationships with senior executives
