Marketing Manager - Contract to hire

Manages the go-to-market planning and development of initiatives to support the optical designer brand in North America (US, Canada and Puerto Rico). They will partner closely with the cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic and consistent approach for all customer touch points.

1. Brand Leadership. Ensure consistent, integrated campaigns and communications across all consumer touch points. Reinforce brand vision and brand initiatives with partners.
2. Initiative Development & Implementation. Develop integrated marketing campaigns to support key brand initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure a consistent consumer experience across all touch points. Identify potential risks and barriers and develop contingency plans to move initiatives forward.
3. New Idea Development. Partner in developing and implementing test-and-learn initiatives based on opportunities, consumer insights and industry trends.
4. Marketing Analysis. Conduct the post-campaign analysis and identify and recommend opportunities to enhance current and future marketing initiatives.
5. Team Development. Manage, motivate and help develop team members.
