Marketing Manager - Content Writing

We are seeking candidates who have solid marketing fundamentals while also being a self-starter, detail-oriented, results-focused, and organized. The role entails:
• 25% - Marketing Management/Generalist skill-set
• 50% - Content Development requiring strong copy-writing and PowerPoint skills
• 25% - Project Management and cross-functional collaboration
Key Responsibilities & Project Needs:
• Own and drive an interoperability campaign targeted towards health information technology vendors and providers
o Define campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies, and identify the optimum marketing mix of deliverables
o Craft the messaging to support campaign objectives
o Create marketing assets (case study, product collateral, etc) for inclusion in campaign (copyrighting and visual design strategy expected)
o Coordinate effectively across other marketing roles and key stakeholders, including legal, accounting, sales, executives.
o Ongoing project management of the campaign execution including timelines, ROI/results, changes/improvements
o Communicate campaign plans and results to internal and external audiences and secure executive, regional and cross-functional support
• Develop as-needed marketing & sales assets including email communications and PPT sales decks
• Support voice of the customer initiative including the creation, launch and reporting of customer surveys.

• Thrive in an ambiguous environment without much structure, demonstrating ability to adapt and be flexible
• Effective at communicating regular status updates on work product
• Detail-oriented with a structured communications approach
• Results/ROI/goal-oriented to drive campaign success


Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 4+ years experience in Marketing.
• Healthcare experience is recommended, but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing projects.
• Passion for solving customer problems in creative ways.
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.).
• Skilled copywriter. Plus if written executive talking points/FAQs
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, creating compelling and effective slides to be used by the executive/sales team
