Marketing Manager - Chiropractic Segment

You will have the opportunity to work with products manufactured, sold and distributed to medical professionals; in this case, the chiropractic segment.

In this role you will:

Develop and implement strategies and tactics to drive sales and profitability, in alignment with the strategic goals of the company.
Directs and coordinates promotion, education, market intelligence, planning, analysis, budgeting, product development/positioning, and sales support for
this segment.

Essential Functions:

•Champion of the segment’s customers: continually gain customer understanding, voice of
customer (VOC) with focus on their unique attributes and needs, and develop insights that
drive strategy.
•Responsible for the development and execution of segment strategic plan, including
marketing budget goals and marketing management, while utilizing internal and external
resources.
•Manage assigned projects that contribute to the success of key corporate growth drivers.
•Monitor and work to achieve growth in key areas such as visibility, win rate and share of the
market for the acupuncture segment.
•Responsible for ongoing evaluation and measurement of marketing tactics (pre and post) to
determine effectiveness and ROI, and refine strategies accordingly.
•Collaboratively work with all segment managers to identify gaps within the product lines and
recommend the development of new products with NPD/R&D
•Responsible for collaborative relationships within the company, including upper
management, segment managers, regional sales managers, and all departments’ team
members throughout the business to achieve goals for all segments and for the company as
a whole.
•Develop and optimize relationships with key customers/practitioners, educational institutions,
key opinion leaders and professional associations to enhance competitive position.
•Work with Sales to identify and develop potential speakers and brand champions within the
segment.
•Ensure that all promotional materials for the Segment are in compliance with FDA and FTC
regulations.
•Demonstrate leadership and company values at all times through words and actions – by
creating an engaging work environment, inspiring and coaching team members to achieve
their individual goals, and communicating with clarity, consistency, and integrity.
•Manage and lead key people to support the segment and provide training and performance
reviews to develop these individuals for future growth opportunities.

Some travel is required: approximately 25-40%



Requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
• Previous experience in marketing/sales; experience in chiropractic/nutrition/supplement

• Proven organization skills to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects efficiently and
effectively

• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent presentation skills

• Working knowledge of marketing principles and sales strategies

• Highly analytical and possesses capability to effectively interpret data to drive strategy

• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and issues and develop creative solutions and
implement effectively

• Strong networker, articulate and a strong motivator

• Ability to develop and strengthen internal and external relationships to efficiently and
effectively achieve key objectives and support success of company goals

• Proven success as a manager

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

• 5-7 years of experience developing and managing the execution of strategic marketing/sales plans
