Marketing Manager - Channel Marketing

ETO Marketing Manager

As a Marketing Manager on the team, you will be responsible for developing high impact, global marketing campaigns aimed at educating and retaining customers and online agencies. Working directly on the call-centre front, these campaigns will involve implementing best practice B2B marketing strategies and will target customers with segmented, relevant and coherent communications. You will work both cross-functionally and with external agencies to design, build and execute creative, scalable, multi-touch campaigns that resonate strongly with our customers and clients, incentivizing them to engage with and leverage the power of the tool. In this role, you will also be challenged to work with the team to align your marketing communication and strategy with the wider marketing initiatives, and in this way to deliver a consistent, holistic and integrated experience across our customer's lifecycle.

Main responsibilities
- Driving marketing initiatives to streamline processes within call centre operations globally
- Setting yearly and quarterly marketing plans for call centre acquisitions
- Leading long-term global projects around the optimisation of leads and the improvement of customer satisfaction
- Liaising with global, regional and local stakeholders to ensure correct implementation of global plans
- Liaising with Sales team to ensure alignment of Marketing and Sales goals
- Creating design briefs and liaising with Marketing agencies
- Identifying areas of improvement in the call centre infrastructure, apply strategic thinking leading to recommendations and action plans
- Keeping abreast of best practices coming from local and regional initiatives and seeking opportunities to scale them globally
- Forecasting and managing quarterly budget

Experience
- You have managed complex cross-functional marketing implementation project
- You have experience working in a B2B environment
- You have experience liaising with creative design agencies
- You have experience managing big budgets
- Having worked on the marketing agency side is a plus
