ECOMMERCE
LOCATION: San Francisco
CONTRACT: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | On-Going Contract
START DATE: ASAP
PAY: $30-$40/hr (based on experience)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is fundamentally a data and insight driven direct marketing function that manages the direct to customer marketing. The CRM team supports brand initiatives but reports into the Growth-Innovate-Digital (GID) division.

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for launching our rebranded credit card product and launching our new tier credit product in the US.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBLITIES:
• Partner with Senior Manager to develop re-launch and tier strategy for credit program
• Create and execute strategy, in concert with the Sr. Manager, to drive customer awareness and engagement of re-launch and launch of tier
• Lead the overall creation and management of the program
• Work with external agencies and internal partners to execute against plan
• Partner with Central CRM to manage customer database, including segmentation approach in order to align campaigns against the strategy
• Responsible for invoicing, billing, and budget management of the re-launch collateral
• Work cross-functionally within the company - work closely with Creative, Print Production, and Synchrony teams from concept through execution to ensure flawless delivery of program

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
• Own creative brief development and kick-off for program, including DM, email, statement channel, and digital assets
• Manage program from kick-off through execution, partnering with internal cross-functional partners, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment on strategy and execution logistics
• Partner with Marketing to ensure program creative aligns with newly created card brand guidelines
• Work with Store Ops to communicate re-launch plan to store employees and devise plan to drive associate / customer engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-8 years of marketing / direct marketing experience, in retail and / or loyalty marketing. Focus on customer development, retention and credit a plus
• Strong communication skills: written, oral and formal presentation; ability to actively participate in executive-level discussions
• Ability to deliver under tight time pressures and comfort working in and bringing structure to ambiguous and chaotic environments and situations
• Strong strategic thinking, project, and program management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree required
