Marketing Manager - Agency Relations

Manage and lead Legal/Business Affairs on behalf of my Client's Global Agency Relations Team. Close cooperation with lawyer(s), paralegals, administrative personnel to negotiate and execute agency agreements in connection with the development and production of creative and marketing services. Create and administer systematic processes and for exceptions to templates. Handle other general business and legal affairs matters.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Working across and consulting with Marketing and cross-functional teams to own and drive contract-drafting process in collaboration with Legal, Global Business Affairs, Supplier Sourcing, and Global Agency Relations.
- Management and execution of a new Inbound services agreement with 60 major partners; management of complex 1/1 contractual term and condition negotiations with top agency partners in Europe
- Management of broad agency and marketing communications and trainings related to contractual work and process improvements
- In partnership with Strategic Sourcing, and using comprehensive data, execution of new rate cards across 60 major partners in Europe
- Creation and administration of systematic processes and for exceptions to marketing contracting template
-Handle other general business and legal affairs matters: eg. structuring major retainer agreements

Secondary responsibilities would include:
- Work with cross-functional teams to extend, manage, and evolve our creative resource ecosystem. Take on special projects as needed.
