Specialist, Thought Leadership – Retirement Institute program management
- Communications/writing & Content Management experience: The Content Marketing Strategy for the Institute is nearly finalized and will be launching. This person would be supporting the department in its execution, under supervision of Director of Brand Strategy. I feel like this will entail working with him and the other program managers to understand their campaign schedules to make the appropriate reach into the new content channels to support it. They will also need to ensure our internal newsletter, published every other month, goes out on time. There is a production schedule framework set up already, but there are always rushes entailed.
- Metrics/Analytics - we have drafted the framework of how to measure the Institute success ad impact on the business. We have to find our "metrics" from some of our business unit partners so there will be some networking/connecting with these people regularly to get their reports so we can populate out dashboard. I expect the metrics to take up a good amount of time.
- Generally - someone who's a good strategic thinker, but mostly has to be able to execute AMONG strategic thinkers. (at some point, thinking time is over and it's time to act) Sometimes you have to gently pull the decisions out of them, diplomatically, to move things forward.
- Department Operations: Budget, Invoicing, Status reporting
