Marketing Insights/Campaign Management Analyst

With a large scale customer base, this iconic national brand is embarking on an ambitious change journey. Having fully embraced the advent of digital marketing they are continuing to invest and develop their analytic capability. As such this is an incredibly exciting time to come onboard in this senior role, that will leverage your understanding of analytics and marketing by working collaboratively with the wider marketing division and business community to deliver innovative and targeted campaigns.

A unique hybrid role the key mandate will be to provide practical, responsive and quality analysis and reporting services that meet customer expectations, support business decision making processes and comply with regulatory requirements. In addition you will take accountability for;

• Determining appropriate segmentation and deliver targeted campaigns accordingly
• Producing reporting to support strategic decision making
• Analysing data to provide actionable insights
• Translating technical information into meaningful insights for a non-technical audience

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess the following;
• Proven experience in the delivery of end to end campaign analytics, reporting and insights
• Experience in the use of SAS, Omniture, SQL, Unica, SPSS or similar
• Strong stakeholder management skills, high attention to detail and excellent data manipulation skills.
• Commercial acumen with well developed stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualifications in statistics or business (marketing)
