Marketing Insights Manager job description:
We’re seeking an analytical, entrepreneurial marketing manager with good communication skills and a can-do attitude to join the team. The Education momentum within this tech giant is incredible, however we need your help to take their work to the next level, reaching more schools and helping improve learning for more students, teachers, and IT teams. The position of Marketing Insights Manager the core of the Marketing strategy. You will develop a platform to drive campaign insights to maximize effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of marketing. You will be responsible for providing trends and insights to a leadership team, making data-driven recommendations and developing and maintaining team and executive dashboards. You will be responsible for translating data into meaningful interpretations while recommending process improvements. The platform you are developing will serve as a key for decision-making and growth for Education sector Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Establish sounds, scalable, automated reporting for campaigns including spend, leads, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue
Provide insightful analysis on marketing campaign performance.
Create and lead the metrics framework to monitor campaign performance through use analytical tools, as well as develop and utilize marketing dashboards to manage and communicate performance.
Maximize effectiveness and optimize returns of marketing by measuring, managing, and analyzing marketing performance across all segments and regions.
Identify, develop and implement process improvements for timely aggregation of data.
Work across regional marketing teams to implement dashboards, make recommendations based on data, and provide support to the senior management team.
Provide timely communications of analysis, and recommended optimizations on a regular basis.

Minimum qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of analytical work experience

Preferred qualifications:
In-depth experience analyzing data and creating reports with spreadsheets, database query experience (e.g. SQL), statistical and quantitative modeling.
Familiar with Enterprise sales cycles, Google Analytics platforms and Salesforce.com
Know the mechanics of Marketing campaigns and how they intersect across the lifecycle of a customer relationship.
