Marketing Insights Analyst

The Marketing Insights Analyst will collaborate with the Marketing teams in the development, measurement and optimization of sophisticated lead generation, nurturing, and handoff process built upon marketing automation platform and CRM systems(s) which results in a steady flow of qualified leads. While daily execution of lead generation activities will focus on North America, the Marketing Insights Analyst will have regular interaction with the global Marketing organization in optimizing campaign execution.

This role will also work closely with the Web Operations, Web Engineering, Marketing Communications and various sales teams. The Analyst provides ultimate accountability for delivering high value marketing campaign solutions and facilitating the adoption of best practices as key member of the Demand Generation Team. In this particular role, the Analyst will participate in building marketing campaigns focused on lead management while working with marketing teams to evangelize marketing automation and demand generation best practices.

This individual will supply industry-best practices for campaign analysis and track and manage portfolio performance. They will work independently to provide insights and lead strategy review meetings, participate in public meeting events, serve as project manager for complex new campaign implementations and execute ad-hoc consulting projects for clients. The ideal candidate may come from either a functional or technical background. He / she should possess significant reporting and analysis skills with experience in CRM lead and revenue performance reporting. The candidate should also have a strong understanding of Marketing Automation processes.

Lead Generation/Nurturing: Partner with members of the marketing team to create campaigns from beginning to end, including campaign planning, audience targeting, messaging, and reporting. Examples include email, direct mail, webinars, downloadable web content, events, etc.
Work with marketing stakeholders to create, measure and optimize lead nurture programs that will create greater velocity through the sales pipeline.
Assist marketing stakeholders with customer contact strategies to deepen the customer relationship and increase sales opportunities and then execute on these campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting: Define and report on the lead to close process, and conduct rigorous measurement of sales and marketing programs at both a macro and micro level.
Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.
Produce weekly reports and monthly dashboards and analysis to demonstrate campaign progress on revenue, pipeline, awareness and market perception through reports on leads, conversion, ROI, opportunities and revenue potential.
