Marketing Information Management Specialist

Our client, a leading financial services company, is looking for a Marketing Information Specialist to help measure the effectiveness of a variety of marketing programs.



Key Responsibilities


  • Perform end-to-end process for measuring the effectiveness of marketing treatments

  • Create analysis plan to identify research questions to be answered and process (data extract and analysis) to be conducted to answer research questions

  • Perform data extract to create analysis data set

  • Perform deep-dive analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing treatments

  • Extract insights from the analysis results

  • Create a concise summary of the analysis for business partners

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Customer-facing personality. Work independently under minimal supervision

  • Ability to work productively as an individual under minimal supervision and comfortable in collaborating with others

  • Data centricity – obsession with evidence-based problem resolution

  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work at a fast pace with attention to detail.

  • Must be able to quickly learn, identify, develop and adapt as necessary.


  • Skills & Experience desired


  • 5+ years experience in extracting data and conducting analysis of marketing treatment

  • Statistical knowledge

  • Proficiency with analytical tools like SAS or SPSS

  • Expertise in querying large relational databases using SQL

  • Advanced Excel skills ( Pivot tables, charting, VBA macro Automation)

  • Advanced Power point skills

  • Experience in Report Development and Automation
