The Marketing Fulfillment Coordinator is a full-time position primarily reporting to the Director of Marketing. The ideal person will possess a professional demeanor, superior written and verbal communication skills, stellar proofing skills and work collaboratively in a team environment. This individual will keep the marketing department projects moving on time and on task; as well as support the restaurants in getting their marketing needs met quickly and seamlessly. Manages content updates to our company website, digital menus, online ordering app, and print on demand system.
Dress is casual business attire Monday-Thursday; Jeans permissible on Fridays.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains digital asset management system, including; photography, artwork, POP, video, marketing literature, and archive files.
Responds effectively to internal and external guests within specified time periods.
Tracks and maintains budgets in support of key marketing initiatives.
Manages and maintains annual marketing calendar system.
Manages fulfillment system for internal and external merchandise, including company store and gift cards on company website
Helps prepare for involvement in community organizations and events, including display materials and giveaways.
Assists with work with agencies, community partners, restaurant management and crew, home office staff and others as required to meet department goals and objectives.
Represents marketing team at outreach events where applicable.
Gathers information from vendors and solicitors to evaluate opportunities and share with Director of Marketing.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in a related field
Minimum two years' experience working in corporate marketing or creative agency or have comparable experience supporting a department or team of professionals in a fast-paced business environment
Track record of serving others with energy, passion and creativity
Demonstrated experience coordinating and managing detail-oriented projects from inception to successful completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe
Experience with digital asset management and online programming experience a plus
