Marketing Events Specialist

4 month contract onsite at client location

Project Overview:
This role will support our client's Top Creator Marketing programs, designed to drive satisfaction with and advocacy for the client's products and services among their most successful partners. This person will help to design and deliver events and experiences to the top creator audience.

Overall Responsibilities:
Design and manage creation and distribution of materials meant to pamper and delight top creators; Coordinate in­-person experiences for top creators at key events. Work cross functionally to select top creators for participation in key events and programs, insure alignment both with creator and business needs. Work with partner management, marketing and social media counterparts to amplify creator advocacy throughout ecosystem.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
● Execute highly effective programs and events.
● Create delightful experiences which drive and amplify partnerships.
● Identify vendors and manage relationships, negotiations, communications, and on­site execution.

Additional Responsibilities:
● Conduct post­-program reporting and analysis.
● Coordinate internal and external communications.
● Manage calendar and campaign planning and program budgets. Develop creative assets.

Required Skills:
● BA/BS in any field or equivalent
● 4+ years in events management or related field ( i.e. premium customer service or hospitality role)
● Customer service minded with hands on, problem solving approach.
● Meticulous attention to detail.
● Strong written and oral communication skills.
● Exemplary organizational skills, with the ability to multi-­task and work efficiently in a high­-paced environment with aggressive deadlines.
