Marketing Event Coordinator

Our client is looking for a Marketing Event Coordinator to join their team and hit the ground running as they head into a busy tradeshow season. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 
- Set-up and management of regional tradeshows 
- Creation of department reports and dashboards 
- CRM Database maintenance and lead processing 
- Assist with PR processes and management 
- Graphic Design support (DOE) 
- Other administrative support 


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Marketing Communications experience 
  • 1-2 years experience with CRMs/database systems 
  • Excel - Intermediate to Advanced (reporting and data analytics capabilities) 
  • Experience with Google Analytics 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Detail orientated 
  • Experience establishing and implementing processes 
  • Basic Microsoft skills 
  • Ability to lift 20-50 lbs. 


Desirable: 
Familiarity with tradeshow logistics 
3+ years experience with Adobe Suite 
Accounting and expense reporting helpful 
Experience writing for the web 


Estimated time allocation: 
25-30% for event support 
15-20% for database maintenance & lead processing 
10-15% for reporting 
15-20% Process and admin
