Marketing Engagement and Delivery Specialist

Our Healthcare client has an immediate need for a Marketing Engagement and Delivery Specialist. The ideal candidate will have marketing coordinator experience and be familiar with the healthcare industry or other regulated industries. This client requires drug and background screening.

Responsibilities:
1) Partners with sales teams, customer service, product development and other internal parties to develop marketing plans targeted to producers, employers and consumers to drive profitable membership growth in accordance to the annual business plan.
2) Reviews marketing research and competitive data in building quantitative models to show how the annual marketing plan supports the achievement of business goals.
3) Develops specific project plans to execute marketing plans including preparing creative briefs, estimating costs, time schedules, resource allocation, production schedules.
4) Identifies prospect, member, producer, or employer insights that result in new marketing and communication strategies to maximize new sales.
5) Drives successful implementation including reviewing and approving technical and artistic phases of marketing collateral and materials; tracking budgets and project deliverables / milestones; overseeing vendor and internal unit activities and preparing reports and communications on project status to management.
6) Analyzes results from marketing campaigns, and programs in developing value propositions and messages; shares findings with management, and team members; and recommends actions based on findings.
Education/Requirements:
A BA/BS in a related field such as marketing or business and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
