Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Senior Specialist to join our Marketing Engagement and Delivery team in their San Francisco corporate headquarters.
This is an exciting opportunity to own marketing projects from end to end working in partnership with marketing strategists and creative services. This position has growth potential and needs a smart, seasoned, dynamic marketing professional who is a self-starter.

The Senior Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation of marketing projects/programs from end to end for Small Business, including project management, creative brief development, tactical planning, and flawless execution of all tactics. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate regulatory requirements and healthcare benefits are crucial. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Engagement & Delivery, Enterprise Sales & Services, but will work closely with the Small Business Delivery Lead.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for specific marketing channel tactics and translating complex marketing strategies into tactical marketing plans to achieve specific acquisition and retention targets via optimal marketing channels.
• Partners with Marketing Engagement & Delivery Leads on the development of specialized project plans and steps to execute marketing plans based on channel tactics including preparing creative briefs, estimating costs, time schedules, resource allocation, and production schedules.
• Responsible for managing all requests for modifications to content on website, and ensuring requests are actionable and succinct, and following through to client satisfaction.
• Manages the development of metrics that show how elements of the marketing campaigns, tactical plans and operations lead to achievement of overall marketing strategies.
• Ensures successful implementation including approving technical and artistic phases of marketing collateral and materials; tracking budgets and project deliverables/milestones; managing vendor and internal unit activities.
• Manages the analysis of results from large and complex marketing initiatives, campaigns, and programs; shares findings with management, Marketing Strategists, team members and other key stakeholders; translates findings into marketing messages that align with audience and line of business objectives.
• Actively pursue creative growth and development through experience, exposure, and education.
• Provide functional and problem-solving leadership with creative teams and project partners, including Marketing Engagement & Delivery Leads, Marketing Engagement & Delivery Specialist peers and Marketing Strategists.
• Works with Senior Manager to actively contribute to internal department initiatives, including updating and creating processes, creative outcomes improvements, documentation, tools, etc.
• Provide alternative point of view if project work is misaligned or not in the best interests of the business partner.
• Develop client presentations in partnership with peers and team members.
• Present and explain creative rationale to individuals, creative teams, project partners, and leadership.
