Develop and execute the globalbrand strategy for assigned business which includes defining overall brand strategy,global financial objectives,line positioning, etc based on market analysis and input from the local marketing teams.
- Lead the Global product development team and approvals throughout the complete development process to achieve objectives and key milestones.
- Identify trends, gaps, competition and opportunity,establishing vision and plan
- Create global marketing tools to maintain brand relevance and highlight key brand messages and products (ie development and production of any brand assets including TV spots,PR programs,digital and entertainment plans).
- Responsible for delivering a financially sound business plan and results
- Key liaison with assigned licensors.Works with licensor to define long term vision and on all activities surrounding their properties
- Present at all internal presentations; working review meetings,pre-line review meetings, line reviews,as well as Toy Fairs, and to the individual licensors that they work with.
- Lead a team of 4 marketing personnel responsible for the day-to-day business operations

Skills

-Similar 'consumer product' marketing experience in toys or in a similar, trend-driven consumer products company required.
-Product development experience highly preferred.
- Experience working on licensed product is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels internally and externally.
- Proactive,self- starter with the ability to work independently and also work effectively as part of a cross functional team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong presentation skills.
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills. Must be able to analyze business data, determine solutions,make sound recommendations and carry out actions in effective manner.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize work without missing critical deadlines.
-Strong knowledge of PCs and software including: MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
-Strong creative problem solving and strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop innovative marketing and product strategies.
-Ability to effectively motivate and lead a team.


Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing,Business or related (or equivalent);MBA preferred
- Minimum of 10 years Marketing Experience
