Marketing Director, Health Plans and Providers

Our client, a strategic health advisory company whose core purpose is to create innovative solutions to complex healthcare problems is seeking a strategic and tactical Marketing Director to join our growing Marketing team. This role would be reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the candidate will focus on supporting our Health Plan and Provider business to bring the intellectual property and assets created by to these customers using innovative content marketing and lead generation approaches. This position requires a robust understanding of the health plan and provider market sectors as well as specific traditional and digital marketing skills.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
 Provide strategic marketing support for content teams: Successfully integrate with their health plan and provider team leadership to create innovative marketing plans that achieve business objectives as measured by lead generation and revenue goals. Develop marketing strategies that span advisory services expertise, in-line, as well as pipe-line products for this customer base.
 Build and execute marketing campaigns: Create integrated/multi-channel campaigns that drive the marketing funnel and ultimately create qualified leads for our sales team.
 Oversee product launch efforts for plan and provider customers: Partner with product development staff to support products from conception to development and launch. Ensure appropriate market research, pilot testing, design and user experience work for each product as appropriate. Continue to support the product post market through additional campaigns for new and existing users.
 Draft Marketing Collateral: Leverage content expertise and partnerships with internal subject matter experts to draft compelling collateral and sales support tools) with consideration to using the most appropriate marketing vehicles, placement in effective channels, and tracking success of the outreach through sales and customer input.
 Track and Report on Marketing Campaigns: Use Marketo, salesforce.com, google analytics and other tools to track and report on campaign efficacy; adjust strategies and test campaigns to ensure results that achieve business goals.

Skills, Experience, and Other Job Related Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
 Minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven successful B2B marketing experience.
 Experience in health plan and/or provider market sectors is critical.
 Experience managing marketing and lead generation campaigns.
 Versatile and proficient in marketing analytics tools.
 Excellent written communication skills.
 Positive, articulate person who can generate enthusiasm around the organizations unique service offerings.
 Ability to energize co-workers and to build rapport at all levels within an organization.
 Flexibility to handle a variety of projects and shift priorities simultaneously while also looking at the broader picture.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Exemplary interpersonal skills that translate into positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
