They are looking for someone who can contribute to the development of great products, and craft messages that get people’s attention and make them say, “YES, I need that. I want that. You get me.”

Whether you’re brainstorming for a product enhancement, conceptualizing an ad or writing headlines for an email marketing campaign, you’re driven by the power of marketing and understand that it’s more about developing a relationship with your audience than just consummating a sale. You are at your best creating and drawing from the energy of your teammates, and you love to roll up your sleeves and get the job done. You have led client engagements with multi-disciplined teams through many challenges and hurdles while keeping them focused on delivering results. You are a catalyst for ideas and solutions and you are diplomatic and assertive in keeping things on track. You get things done!

Responsibilities:
**Delivering exceptional results for clients
**Developing comprehensive marketing plans from client input, audience data and market conditions
**Designing, managing and optimizing campaigns across print, social and Web platforms
**Developing media strategies for integrated marketing campaigns designed to meet client objectives
**Crafting copy in the voice of various client brands for multiple mediums
**Managing tracking and reporting of campaign progress and results
**Participating in client meetings, creative brainstorms, new business, and agency and digital team development
**Leading other team members to run the day-to-day of client campaigns
**Developing unique and innovative approaches to delivering impact for clients
**Managing project timelines, budgets, resources and scopes
**Demonstrating ROI value of solutions
**Identifying and developing new and extended revenue opportunities
**Communicating progress, expectations and deliverables internally and with clients
**Ensuring client is always delighted and receives impactful, timely work
