The Marketing Designer is a member of the Marketing team and is responsible for developing and implementing creative designs for all types of marketing materials including digital and print ads, emails, landing pages, newsletters, print collateral, other e-marketing graphic assets including the public website. The Marketing Designer will work under the direction of the Director of Marketing to ensure that all graphics, logos, illustrations, and communications adhere to company's brand policy and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong digital/interactive design skills, interpersonal, and creative skills.

Responsibilities
• Work with the Director of Marketing to articulate a consistent brand image and maintain a visual style guide across the board
• Create print and digital graphics for sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, case studies, landing pages, etc.
• Visualize research data into creative and compelling diagrams, charts and info-graphics
• Develop creative assets for mobile ads, including mobile banner ads and mobile landing pages
• Work with the sales team to create custom graphics for RFPs and sales presentations, visualizing different scenarios, and articulating the company’s value proposition

Qualifications
• Associate of Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related field is required; Bachelor of Fine Arts, Graphic Design or related degree is preferred
• 1-3 years work experience as a digital/interactive designer in marketing preferred
• Experience using Photoshop ®, InDesign ®, Flash ®, Illustrator ® and/or Acrobat ®
• Experience with website usability and web design, mobile design, email design best practices, understanding of HTML/CSS, and CMS experience is a plus
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, manages multiple priorities, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Experience creating social media and SEO-friendly content along with other writing skills is a plus
• Experience with multimedia (audio, video, animation, and streaming technologies) and related software a plus
• Be self-motivated and a good team player
• Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Have a strong sense of account ownership and pride in work
