Marketing Data Project Manager

****Local to Bay Area - must be able to meet in San Rafael on occasion but will be based remote/home office***

Provides support for the Americas data enrichment projects. Includes working with marketing managers to map out project requirements, working with enrichment vendors to ensure they’re clear on scope and delivering quality data and getting the enriched data back into our systems. This position is also responsible for providing support to the AMERs for tele vendors and Demand Generation Marketing Managers to ensure global alignment & consistency through our outsourced tele vendors.

Responsibilities:
Enrichment services:
• Manage marketing data enrichment activities from end to end
• Follow legal regulations regarding enriched data and train/instruct vendors accordingly
• Ensure practices are aligned with our global data enrichment processes
• Work with team to help define, align and optimize data acquisition processes
• Help to Identify, select and manage 3rd party Americas data vendors
• Track and measure the impact of data enrichment initiatives
• Create and communicate reports to show status and progress of data enrichment activities
• Ensure systems reflect latest status of enriched data (upload of enriched data)
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure enriched data routes to the appropriate team and is meeting the needs of our stake holders
Tele vendor services:
• Ensure tele vendors practices are aligned with company policies
• Point of contact for day-to-day operational support for tele vendors
• Communicate processes and procedures for tele related activities to vendors and Demand Generation Marketing Managers
• Work closely with marketing and sales to ensure lead quality & volumes are aligned with expectations
• Conduct regular monitoring of vendor’s performance in terms of how data is being processed, practices followed, and quality of work is good
• Work with marketing managers to problem solve routing and/or vendor reporting discrepancies as needed
• Regular check-in meetings with vendors

Skills and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations in a Corporate Setting
• Experience with databases, data manipulation and data mapping
• Strong understanding of database systems and technologies
• Solid project management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Results oriented, will take ownership and proactively drive assigned deliverables
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
• Salesforce/CRM knowledge a plus
• Previous vendor/agency management experience
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to track / prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong project and time management skills; great attention to detail
