Marketing Data Analyst

Provide financial and marketing reporting and dashboards for team members.
Support ad hoc information, reporting and campaign needs as required.

Identify revenue and lead opportunities based on quantitative analysis of transactional, web and behavioral data
Play a key role in brainstorming, creating and executing marketing strategies in support of broader communications objectives.

Skills:
3+ years proven experience hands-on experience in a campaign analytics, marketing modeling (marketing mix), CRM; experience in client-side; B2B experienced preferred
Strong analytic skills combined with ability to translate and summarize complex data into useable marketing and merchandising action items
Experience in campaign design and analysis in traditional and digital advertising channels

Previous experience with a Business Intelligence (BI) tool (Cognos, business objects, etc.) Omniture and Siebel experience a plus and preferred Proficient in Excel and Power Point and familiar with heavy volume data processing in spreadsheet Knowledge of data structures and databases Education Previous Experience

Hands-on experience with Omniture/Site Catalyst and site performance reporting
Demonstrated leadership/management experience - including the ability to motivate employees, develop them professionally and create a results-driven culture
Must be able to understand and analyze data, synthesize large volumes of data and turn complex questions into clear analyses and actionable findings
