Our client, located in Framingham is looking for an Analyst for a long term need. In this role you will impact business results by performing timely, insightful and actionable analyses to influence marketing strategy, key corporate initiatives, and ongoing promo strategy. This role requires an excellent collaborator, communicator and analyst with extensive hands-on data experience. The successful candidate is a problem solver in a fast-moving and highly diverse environment and will be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness are not compromised. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Regular Reporting: Willingness to product regular reporting and streamline as possible.

  • Campaign and Ad Hoc Analytics: Able to work with key business partners to understand the business question, determine the best way to respond to the business question, pull the actual data, and structure the data in a way that makes sense to the requestor. When pulling the data, having comfort using Access, SQL, and/or SAS, able to code, retrieve, and assemble data from multiple databases. These will enable the clients .com team to gain insight into market changes, program performance, profitability, and customer purchase behaviors.

  • Derive Insights: Articulate insights from the campaigns, reporting, and ad hoc analytics and communicate those insights with marketing, merchandising, and finance partners as well as senior leadership to influence business activities.

  • Marketing Awareness: Keep abreast of analytic best practices and multi-channel shopping trends to improve personal and team effectiveness.
