Job Purpose/Role

Responsible for the B2C channel performance reporting and analysis to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with B2C digital marketing owners to compile marketing activities to align with performance metrics. This role will also utilize web analytics and testing tools to analyze and report on site visitor activity and digital marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare B2C daily, weekly and monthly performance reports; including digital media P&L statements; product analysis and web site performance metrics.
• Utilize Google Analytics to review web sites activity and leverage data to gain insight into user experience and behavior, trending, site usability and effectiveness, and present actionable insights and recommendations based on data results and best practices.
• Maintain and publish the weekly web site analytics report.
• Support the planning and development of A/B/n and multivariate tests with clear and measurable objectives that meet business goals. Create presentations outlining the test objectives, creative execution and test results for distribution to stakeholder.
• Periodically, conduct consumer research projects, using surveys and focus groups, to gain a deeper understand of consumers to help guide marketing messages and creative.
• Provide general analytic support to the B2C marketing team.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and reports on request.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Analytics, Market Research or related field or combination of relevant education and work experience
• One (1) to three (3) years’ experience in e-commerce website optimization or design, web data analysis or digital marketing.
• Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources including: surveys, web analytics, customer service feedback and customer data warehouses using various tools to form a comprehensive assessment.
• Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Intermedia level proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and Maxymizer or other front-end testing tools and analytical platforms
• Proficiency with one or more business intelligence tool (i.e. Cognos); including the ability to query databases
