This position is responsible for ongoing retrieval and analysis of revenue and sales financial information, obtained from a variety of sources, including demographic data. It involves development and preparation of information for various staff members. It requires the ability to analyze revenue and sales information from conceptualization through presentation of the data. It requires proficiency with analytical tools, knowledge of data analysis methodology, use of presentation software, strong communication skills and a strong commitment to and affinity for delivering the highest level of customer service.

Essential Job Functions and Accountabilities

Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standalone customer requests.
Develop useful and insightful information from a variety of data sources.
Works with Marketing and Sales staff to develop and understand specifications.
Delivers data products in report/presentation format, or verbally, to customer specifications and timelines.
Communicates results effectively to customers or key stakeholders.
Develop programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data.
Develops appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.

Use and support database applications and analytical tools: evaluate data quality, applications, and functions, produce output, and maintain routine reporting.
Appropriate and optimal use of applications and tools. Develops systems/reports to house and access key revenue and sales information.
Delivers data to customer specifications and timelines.
Engage users/customers to ensure timely and appropriate participation in data collection and query methodologies.

Research new data sources and analytical tools; contribute to new customer product development and improvement in delivery and presentation. A continually evolving and improving package of products and services New/revised reports and analysis that will add value.
