The Marketing Coordinator supports all areas of the Marketing Department including Creative,
Marketing Communications and Brand Management. He/she is responsible for the efficient
routing of marketing materials to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner and
communicates to appropriate departments any scheduling issues. He/she will also help manage
day-to-day activities, maintaining and monitoring work schedules, proactively identifying
opportunities to streamline process and expedite workflow.

The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of advertising and project management and has
the proven ability to work collaboratively with many departments.

Responsibilities
• Keep all marketing creative projects moving smoothly through the organization,
communicating project priorities and due-dates to team members
• Establishes, updates and maintains project timelines
• Expedites the inevitable “urgent jobs”
• Adjusts schedules to provide continuity in times of vacations, vacancy, etc.
• Ensures adherence to work-flow processes and deadlines
• Checks jobs for accurate information and requests additional information as needed
• Thoroughly proofs copy and reviews of all creative materials then summarizes and
communicates feedback
• Obtains sequential sign-offs on all work moving throughout department
• Maintains an archive of all jobs and posts them to a shared site/intranet

Requirements:
• Knowledge of ad operations, production processes, scheduling and media trafficking
• Strong project management skills with ability to work independently and on teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines with confidence and ease
• Proficient use of MS Office and MS Outlook
• Strong organization and analytical skills: attention to detail, diligence and follow-
through
• Knowledge of applicable file types, conversions and FTP
• Successful candidates will be dependable and possess strong client service skills
• Enthusiastic self-starter who exhibits positive attitude, functions with minimal direction
and understands the big picture
