Marketing Coordinator/Specialist

A small B2B marketing team at a top financial services company is in need of Marketing Coordinator/Specialist in SF to communicate with business partners, manage various marketing projects and handle various administrative duties within this marketing group. This is part project coordinator and client services role where strong communication is required, especially written.

Onsite in SF 40 hours/ week
Length: 3-6 months+ and has potential to extend or convert to full time.
This position will support the VP of Marketing.

Main responsibilities include communication with various business leaders and partners, updating and organizing projects, schedules and planning in a marketing database (APRIMO), coordinating with various departments and other administrative needs. This role is highly tactical and involves strong organizational and communication skills.

Our client is looking for a candidate who:
-has 3-5 years or more experience
-has financial services background
-is very organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects
-has strong client services skills as the role will be interacting with many business partners.

Responsibilities include:
· Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and programs that may involve traditional and digital media for a line of business in support of business or product line goals related to revenue, market penetration, profitability, and/or market share.
· Develops and manages email marketing campaigns
· Leads the development and design of marketing collateral
· Helps to maintain and enhance web presence
· Integrates information across projects and programs to recommended solutions

Some sample projects might include:
- Managing RSVPs for events and creating nametags
- Assembling powerpoint presentations with inputs coming from multiple sources
- Creating letters for our cross-sell partners introducing our bankers
- Managing and updating a large excel spreadsheet of email addresses.
