Marketing Coordinator/Business Analyst

Are you a talented Marketing Coordinator/Business Analyst with strong campaign quality control experience? We have an open opportunity with a top fortune 500 financial company in Wilmington, Delaware for a freelance (6 month) project with strong opportunity to extend! In this role, you will be mainly responsible for partnering with various stakeholder groups in the identification of new audit types as well as the creation of process procedures/checklists. In this position you will be supporting their credit card services team.

Let’s take a look at some of the responsibilities:

• You will perform reviews to validate accuracy of marketing collateral (to include print, internet and e-mail) associated with campaigns and programs with a focus in the digital media space.
• You will work closely with clients and with other system groups to understand business requirements and validation through implementation.
• You will actively participating in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of process changes from both internal and external interfaces ensuring operational risks and quality standards are accurately satisfied.
• You will identify areas for improving quality, efficiency, speed to market, and lead internal initiatives for the creation of creative solutions for improvement including operational changes and system automation
• You will perform root cause analysis to identify and recommend issue resolution approaches.
• You will develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer from the business and technical perspective.
• You will recommend solutions to ensure standardization of process, which may require ingenuity and creativity.
• You will assist business managers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving defects.
• You will identify, recommend changes to established practices and policies.

Now, let’s take a look at the qualifications:

• Must have 4 year Bachelor's degree (Strongly Preferred)
• Must have strong knowledge of MS-Office with a focus on Excel
• Must have excellent computer multi-tasking skills dealing with multiple large files simultaneously
• Must possess thorough technical and operational knowledge within the QA area of responsibility,
• Must demonstrate strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize one's own work
• Must have excellent verbal and written skills being able to communicate effectively on both a technical and business level
• Must be able to work in a Team environment as well as Individually
• Knowledge within the digital media space/new technologies Strongly Preferred
