Marketing Coordinator with Writing Skills - Immediate Need

Reporting to the Director of Regional Marketing and Sales Support, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing collateral coordination, sales operation support, and tactical support for the sales team as needed. This role will support sales operations for a company initiative based in Florida, working with team members in both in Florida and Longmont, CO.

Start date: Immediate
Location: Longmont, CO
Hours: 30-40 per week
Duration: 5-6 months

Responsibillities
• Write content and guide editorial and design process for marketing and product collateral including flyers, brochures, posters, and presentations (print and web)
• Managing inventory, ordering, and shipping of all collateral
• Manage requests from Florida sales team for leave behinds, presentation pieces, etc.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns and social media posts with the eMarketing team
• Coordinate press releases with PR department
• Coordinate events around company initiative, including logistics and sample orders and marketing collateral, with Florida sales executives

Requirements
• Highly deadline driven
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and well with others, in local and remote locations.
• Strong writing skills are must
• Ability to adapt with changing priorities
• 1-3 years experience
