We are in search of a marketing coordinator. The Customer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and execution of the Victoria’s Secret Stores’ Angel Private Label Credit Card program, In-Store Gift or Purchase With Purchase programs, and Special Store Events for High-Value Customers. This job is onsite at Limited Brands headquarters in Columbus, OH.
Duration: 6 month contract
Benefits: approximately $21/hr plus Health, Vision and Dental benefits
Hours: onsite 9am-5:30pm weekdays

Position entails administrative, collaborative and analytical responsibilities:

Administration:
• Work with manager to develop creative briefs to initiate programs
• Manage day to day responsibilities around the planning and execution of key programs to ensure programs are on-time, on budget and provide the highest rate of return for Victoria’s Secret Stores (incremental sales and profit, flow-thru)
• Review art for accuracy of copy, offer and disclaimer
• Update and maintain Marketing Calendars for Angel card and GWP programs as well as Special Store Events
• Create and manage all marketing requests related to Angel card programs, Gift and Purchase with purchase programs and special store events • Create, manage and test ring codes for Angel card programs (e.g. Passbook of Savings) • Manage excess GWP inventory in the Distribution Center
• Process outside vendor invoices on behalf of the CRM team
• Constant focus on process improvement
• Assist other CRM team members as needed

Collaboration:
• Coordinate programs with cross-functional and cross-brand teams
• Collaborate with Store Operations on improving acquisition, activation, retention and tender share on the Angel card through a combination of store goals, contests, reporting, POS incentives and POS solutions
• Collaborate with Lingerie, Pink and Beauty marketing partners and business leaders to optimize product launches, floor sets and in-store programs through Angel Card communication vehicles and GWP offers
• Collaborate with merchants to determine which products to feature in Angel Card/GWP/Special Store Event programs
• Communicate Angel Card/GWP/Special Store Event program plans to Finance and Store Operations • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions around taking Angel card/GWP/Special Store Event programs to the next level

Analyze:
• Use of pro formas to manage costs, drive incremental customer spend and increase overall program profitability for Angel card acquisition and GWP programs as well as Special Store Events
• Analyze program results to determine key learnings or takeaways
• Develop test and rollout recommendations based on previous program results Strategic Planning:
• Assist manager with seasonal planning
• Support new marketing efforts around the Angel card (ex. new benefits, offers, communication vehicles etc.)
• Assist with competitive patterning
• Participation with customer surveys to positively influence customer behavior through building highly effective Angel card and GWP programs
• Optimize the Victoria’s Secret megabrand customer contact strategy by sharing trends in current programs and industry research with the rest of the team to uncover new opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Retail experience preferred
• CRM campaign execution (direct mail, email) experience preferred
• Knowledge of CRM customer segmentation preferred
• Private Label Credit Card marketing experience preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Rigorous attention to detail
• Capacity to manage multiple and competing demands/projects and deliver against aggressive goals
• Capacity to work in an ever-changing environment
• Strong collaborative skills
• Analytic mindset who is also a creative thinker (e.g. generates new ideas, approaches situations differently and finds novel solutions to problems)
• Ability to make business recommendations based on data and results of previous campaigns
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Self-starter, initiative taker
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to positively influence others amongst cross-functional teams
