Our integrated mid-sized agency client downtown is seeking a contract Marketing Operations Manager to join their team through October 2015!

We are seeking a smart, self-motivated, and resourceful individual to join our Digital Marketing Operations team as a Marketing Operations Manager. This individual will work closely with other functional teams, including Account leads and Consumer Insights & Analytics to lead campaign success, ensuring campaigns are processed, optimized and reconciled in a timely and accurate manner. This person will also provide significant input and be a regular contributor to our yield optimization efforts.

Responsibilities:
• Conducts campaign operations tasks for mobile app/offers product.
• Traffic campaigns including:
o Building and testing creative assets
o Executing and managing campaigns
o Implementing and verifying tracking elements
• Takes ownership of active campaigns and assist with overflow work as necessary.
• Works with stakeholders on maximizing revenue/yield.
• Helps create, develop and maintain campaign ops processes, best practices, and training documentation.
• Collaborates with cross functional teams on problem solving related to campaign performance in a timely manner.
• Reviews daily, weekly and quarterly campaign reports to track performance, address campaign delivery issues, and make optimizations as needed.
• Serves as a liaison with Insights team regarding client KPIs and campaign statistics.
• Interfaces with cross functional teams to establish clear communication channels across departments and with clients.
• Works with Account and Insights teams to develop postmortems, case studies and campaign summary materials for dissemination to relevant company stakeholders
