Marketing Coordinator **STARTS MONDAY**

Marketing Coordinator

primary duties:

  • collaborate with marketing & creative teams, and other department stakeholders to resource projects, establish priorities, articulate deliverables, determine dependencies, track progress and project deadlines 
  • acts as a process champion in establishing efficient workflows to drive deliverables
  • manage document flow of multiple concurrent projects with responsibility for communicating timelines, due dates and dependencies
  • work closely with in-house marketing & creative teams and outsourced agencies/contractors to continuously balance workloads, prioritize projects, advise on appropriate timelines for new or shifting deliverables, and evaluate project status
  • monitor ongoing traffic and status of assets related to:
  • upcoming sales, campaigns and promotions (event imagery, photo shoots, copy, and headlines)
  • digital and print marketing including banners, e-mails, ad copy, stationery, bags, posters, PPT presentations, as well as web product promotion
  • manage email marketing flow for existing customer campaigns leveraging customer profiles to deliver relevant and timely communications to spark sales
  • partner on activity for search engine marketing and retargeting banners
  • serve as liaison between sales, partnerships, finance and operations teams to ensure promotional messaging and expectations are aligned
  • coordinate ongoing web prioritization with digital marketing team to assure tight operational delivery on our web properties.
