Marketing Coordinator Needed for Leading Creative & Marketing Staffing Firm

We’re looking for a results-driven, highly detailed marketing coordinator to assist the marketing project manager. Like working on 20 projects at once? This job may be for you! Most of our projects involve social media, e-marketing, online advertising, events and content development. This is an internal position at our corporate headquarters in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.

What you get to do:
• Assist in executing a wide array of existing marketing projects, alongside our awesome internal marketing operations team
• Assist in creating and updating sales/marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, product sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, web content, newsletters, signage, ads and sales tools with input from product marketing, product management, executives, sales, PR and customers.
• Assist in supporting the marketing needs of our field offices
• Assist in managing our event partnerships by working to provide engaging marketing materials
• Work with our social media and SEO specialists to enhance results of current online initiatives and presence

What you need to have to be considered:
• Up to 1 year experience; Marketing internship a plus,
• Must have exceptional traditional writing and editing skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to present ideas and information clearly
• Extreme attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills; experience using project management software, preferably Zoho
• Collaborative team player able to integrate with a diverse team full of opinions and ideas in a fast paced work environment
• Familiarity with Google Apps (Mail, Docs, Calendar, etc.)
• College degree
• Diligent work ethic and insatiable desire to expand skills and be the best
