Objectives • Help the team drive and sustain greater employee engagement across North America customer service, increasing eSat • Deliver communications that are informative and engaging, building a dialogue with employees, managing channels like local social, digital displays and all-hands • Own specific campaigns that drive our communications priorities from inception through delivery and all the way to evaluation • Work seamlessly with the GCX comms team, wider global comms team and business stakeholders Overview We’re looking for an exceptional candidate for an internal communications role at our Salt Lake City site. Have you got the drive and determination of Jyn Urso? The ability to weave a narrative like George R R Martin? The teamwork of The Incredibles? And the event delivery of The Wedding Planner? This role will be responsible for managing employee communications channels, writing compelling stories and running specific campaigns that help further our comms objectives. Drive, determination and the ability to get the job not just done, but done brilliantly, are key to the role. This role requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Fast paced? Yes. Exciting? Heck yes. An last, but by no means least, this role needs a people person. Someone who can not only work with business stakeholders, but can go out and talk to our audience and really get to know them. Key Activities • Own specific channels, including local internal social, NA-wide digital displays and business all-hands • Evaluate and report out against activity, in line with wider comms evaluation • Deliver innovative employee communications campaigns that contribute to communications objectives • Manage site-related communications channels • Write compelling content to promote key business narratives, championing key stories to the wider business • Partner with key business and site stakeholders • Support global employee communications activity as required. Key Stakeholders • GCX NA Senior Comms Manager and comms team • . Global impact team • HR • Brand Team • Key external stakeholders as identified • Community and engagement manager, SLC and ATX Skills and experience 2-5 years in employee communications Good understanding of how global businesses operate Excellent writer - writing for internal audiences, and for different channels. Active social media user with an understanding of how to use channels to drive dialogue and engagement both internally and externally. Adept at building and sustaining relationships with key internal stakeholders. A relentless focus on delivery – able to roll up their sleeves and make good things happen Experienced in delivering outstanding results against challenging deadlines. A good team player Experienced managing small-scale events (up to 200 people)
