An Associate, Affiliate is distinguished by a dedicated focus to customer satisfaction, realized through strong verbal and written communication skills. He/she should excel at relationship building, analyzing marketing campaigns and be self-motivated. This role is responsible for conceiving and developing a constant stream of relevant, quality content that engages our audiences and reflects positively upon the brand. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
The successful candidate will be an aggressive self starter and must possess an unbelievably strong work ethic, intelligence, sense of urgency, positive attitude, tenacity, and have a desire to put the customer first every day. The employee must have the ability to execute special assignments and tasks under only general supervision. About the Role:
• Serve as an evangelist for our message and brand through external communications with our clients that establish and reinforce our value proposition.
• Manage customer-centered content creation process, collaborating with internal subject matter experts, designers, salespeople, and external influencers to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
• Assist with affiliate program launch, process and QA
• Complete and analyze all new client accounts to assure all required assets exist
• Conduct ongoing analysis and manage client pipeline to deliver on our onboarding commitments and to assure activation within given timeframes
• Utilize data, perform competitive research and audits to provide payout recommendations, along with creative and promotional best practices during onboarding phase
• Focus on relationship building and strong customer support to provide an exceptional onboarding experience
• Provide best practices while assisting client in compiling and building creative assets and marketing material
• Responsible for updates to product and training documentation, both internal and external

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or four years of professional business experience.
