Marketing Coordinator, Email HTML
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Codes HTML emails for regular email deployments by following guidelines and adhering to industry best practices; developing ideas and strategies to improve the coding and rendering of emails (for example, viewing on a mobile device), error checking, and trouble shooting issues; prepping email for deployment; and being responsive to the needs of the business including last minute updates and changes.
Partners with email team to improve processes for email development and deployment by testing and optimizing email content for rendering or other issues; and making recommendations for content and coding changes to both the email and creative teams.
Partners with the email team to improve processes for email development and deployment by working cross-functionally with the email, creative and engineering teams to develop and execute new tools and approaches for HTML development; proposing new tools and processes for HTML development; and keeping pace with industry practices to make continuous improvements in coding and processes.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
