Marketing Coordinator, Acquisition

The purpose of the Marketing Coordinator, Acquisition role is to assist in the development and execution of acquisition campaign plans into market to drive revenue from individual stakeholders as well as coordinate relevant external suppliers.

Position responsibilities:

- Coordinate the relevant partnerships with external partners including data vendors, face-to-face agencies, telemarketing agencies, media outlets
- Assist the Marketing Manager, Acquisition in the implementation of all acquisition fundraising activities into market, on time and within budget to meet annual financial targets.
- Marketing campaign administration including tracking of invoices and budgets and coordinating briefs
- Input into the post implementation review of all acquisition fundraising activity to inform future strategy and tactics

You will have:

- Bachelor qualification in Business, Commerce or Marketing
- 1-2 years Acquisition Marketing or Direct Marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in executing marketing communications (one year minimum) including in digital environments
- Strong project management skills
- Good level of understanding of brands, marketing and communications
- Good knowledge of print/digital production
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience in developing good working relationships
- Self- learner; taps into broader environment to improve skills and continuously bring innovative solutions to market
- Strong time management skills and experience in working to specific deadlines and timeframes.
- Track record of creating strong internal and external relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Word and Excel
