Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Director to produce presentations, reports and other collateral materials directly related to driving sales. The successful candidate will be a skilled writer, collaborative partner and self-starter who thrive in a dynamic and creative environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines. The position is responsible for assisting with marketing programs development, managing marketing data and supporting the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with developing and implementing marketing programs
• Collaborating with regions and branches on promotional requests
• Tracking sales and competitive data
• Maintaining promotional materials and merchandise inventory
• Planning meetings and events
• Maintaining databases and assets library
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Create and maintain project list, timelines, status reports
• Perform other tasks and duties as needed

Job Duties:
• Assist with marketing programs development and implementation
• Create and maintain project plan, timeline, and status report
• Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing metrics data
• Collaborate with regions and branches on marketing collateral requests; coordinate design, development, and final delivery
• Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requests and requirements; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt
• Support sales staff by managing requests and providing info
• Research competitive actions and industry trends by tracking promotions, advertising, pricing, and best practices; maintaining research databases
• Plan meetings and events by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating attendance
• Monitor marketing budget by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts; Provide monthly budget report
• Job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications
• Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; seek opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years of marketing experience required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media or Public Relations
• Outstanding writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in autonomous and independent manner to produce polished and professional product
• Skilled in building effective relationships with frontline, client-facing professionals and fellow support staff colleagues
• Proficiency required in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrable initiative, creativity, flexibility, and persistence
• Excellent organizational skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative, and deadline-driven work environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy
