Vitamin T has a great new opportunity for one of our top clients! They are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

SUMMARY
Aids in the design, content direction, and production of planned marketing campaigns byperforming the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assists with the execution of annual marketing plan and integrated marketing strategy to promote the company's events, products, and mission.
- Analyzes audience insights to drive segmented messaging to target audiences.
- Coordinates the production and content development of promotions including print and digital advertising, promotional collateral, and social media.
- Enforces brand standards across all marketing material.
- Supports team in achieving the goals of the company's marketing initiatives and brand.
- Has experience in social media campaigns and integrated marketing.
- Maintains advertising calendar, provides recommendations for ad content, and facilitates production of print and digital advertisements.
- Assists with website maintenance/content placement.
- Assists Sr. Director of Marketing and Director of Marketing with marketing campaign creative direction/ideas.
- Works with outside vendors for printing needs for marketing collateral.
- Coordinates mailing lists and postage requests/tracking for direct mail pieces.
- Assists with accounts payable.
- Assist with general member requests.
- Other duties as assigned by Sr. Director of Marketing & Director of Marketing.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and
respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Strong writing and editing skills.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of
instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Demonstrated capacity for organization and project management required; eye for design a plus.

SOFTWARE
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, and an understanding of social media platforms. Working knowledge of client relationship management (CRM) software, website content management systems (CMS), and project management software a plus.
