Our client, a leader in the banking community, has a Personal & Small Business Insurance group with their own dedicated marketing team focused on driving leads, referrals and retention. They are currently looking in their San Francisco location for a Marketing Associate/Coordinator to join their team for 12+ months.

Sound good? Excellent, let’s go over some of the day to day requirements!

· You will work on special marketing projects as required to support the business, such as personal insurance customer communications and updates to internal meeting presentations. 

· You will managing compliance approvals and routing, including annual compliance reviews of public websites and internal intranets. 

· You will ensure adherence to compliance and privacy regulations and policies by facilitating stakeholder review of ongoing and upcoming initiatives. 

· You will assist with the planning and execution of direct and digital marketing initiatives, including program communications, under the direction of one of the Marketing Program Managers on the team. 

· You will route marketing requests for the broader WFI business generated through the marketing mailbox. 

· You will help to develop targeted customer lists, establish campaign timing, and targeted response rate levels. 

· You will review campaign performance in terms of response rates, lead generation, sell-through, and cost-effectiveness. Sharing results in PowerPoints and online meetings. 

· You will complete research (campaign analytics, competitor sites and marketing, industry trends) to determine new opportunities. 

· You will ensure the successful completion of all compliance-related processes and issues for the Marketing team as they relate to marketing content in the online channel, including but not limited to:

email campaigns, internal secure and public website, social media and organic/paid search.

You will manage marketing/compliance mailboxes, documenting and obtaining approvals for all targeting, list routing & scrubbing, as well as online campaign marketing asset and website content routing with various internal partners and legal/compliance teams.

You will also be responsible for liaising with internal partners for content development and support the digital team with project management and marketing presentations as needed.

• You must have 3+ years of marketing experience. 

• You must be a Degreed professional. 

• Ideally you have digital & traditional marketing experience. 

• Ideally you have Finance or Insurance experience. 

• Ideally you have basic copywriting experience (will be asked to review/ edit content). 

• Ideally you have B2C experience. 

• Ideally you are self-starter, takes initiative, takes ownership, can juggle many projects at any one time. Someone who can take direction and run with it. 

• Ideally you are small team a lot of opportunity to do other interesting stuff. 

• Ideally you are enthusiastic, willing to learn. High performing.
