Marketing Coordinator

As a marketing coordinator you’ll be working side-by-side with a Marketing team to produce this top tech company's premier performance marketing event. Your main focus will be to help develop and design content for the event and ensuring that the event runs seamlessly for our customers. You’ll coordinate with many cross functional teams, technical and non-technical alike, to help us keep track of many moving pieces while using your creativity to ensure that the event is the best performance marketing conference, yet.

Responsibilities:
-Develop creative assets pre- and post-event, including keynote presentations, product demonstrations, videos, website updates, and advertiser case studies.
-Amplify reach for the event through various marketing channels, including in-product messaging, emails, blogs, and event announcements.
-Help measure the impact of the event and our marketing channels through customer surveys.
-Develop and prepare project documentation and maintain internal and external reports.

Minimum Qualifications:
-BA or BS Degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience)
-2+ years agency, ads or events experience required
-Extensive knowledge working with Apple Keynote, Adobe Photoshop, and Google Slides.

Preferred Qualifications:
-Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and design skills.
-Ability to work well as a member of a highly integrated team of technical and non-technical members.
-Excellent customer support and communication skills.
-Ability to understand technical subjects, advertising technology and their relevance to the marketplace.
