Marketing Coordinator

Vitamin T is currently in search of a Marketing Coordinator for our client in Metro Detroit, MI. This is a long-term role that starts off as part-time (20-30 hours per week) initially, but will ramp up to full time hours within a month or two!

Details:
- Assist in and lead the development of content including all social media, marketing, publications, web, email, and internal communication
- Act as an idea person with strong desire to help grow the business
- Ensure that all materials adhere to brand standards
- Uploading new projects, images, press releases, and content to the company website as necessary
- Work with Web Developer to handle any and all technical challenges that may occur
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of social media campaigns to help grow total following
- Act as a Project Manager for marketing programs as needed, including coordinating and scheduling internal and external resources

Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in a Marketing role within a large scale organization
- Go-getter personality, with ability to spearhead projects
- Knowledge of graphic design, including experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Ability to handle basic website maintenance
- Strong knowledge of social media trends and best practices
