Marketing Coordinator

Our software client has experienced continued growth that has created a new opportunity on their Marketing Team. Join this top-notch team and have the chance to be involved with initiatives across the entire marketing function. As the Marketing Coordinator you will support the strategic marketing efforts of the client. You will be responsible for analyzing and improving the quality and growth of the marketing database and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive leads and sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and a proven track-record of collaborating with marketing and sales teams to achieve lead and pipeline objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Data analyst for marketing database across company – acquiring new accounts and contacts and ensuring data is clean and actionable for marketing campaigns
  • Marketing campaign execution - set-up email & webinar campaigns in Marketo & Salesforce
  • Track campaign success, analyze results and communicate to key stakeholders
  • Write and edit marketing campaign content
  • Manage email testing strategy and execution
  • Manage quality of data acquired from 3rd party advertising and events
  • Manage 3rd party marketing and data vendors
  • Catalogue and maintain knowledge assets to aid marketing efforts
  • Support trade shows, including collateral production, shipping and booth staffing
  • Support web efforts, including updates in content management system
  • Team with entire marketing team (VP, Director, digital marketing etc.) to support strategic objectives, analyze results and recommend new programs and processes


  • Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 2-4 years digital marketing experience
  • Ability to manage a project to meet timelines, deadlines and financial goals
  • Ability to track, manage and report effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with different levels within and outside of the organization
  • Experience with marketing & sales automation tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.com
  • Skilled with PC’s and Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
