Marketing Coordinator

Our insurance client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will assist with coordinating, planning, and scheduling Creative Service job requests and the inclusion of data to more effectively and efficiently accomplish company and divisional goals as well as adhere to Compliance standards.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Support Creative Service projects by meeting with internal clients and vendors to discuss project needs, inputting project specifications into MarketingPilot software, developing task schedules and assignments, tracking project progress and ensures deadlines are met.
• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data (MarketingPilot & Excel).
• Establish contacts, building and maintaining relationships with internal clients.
• Work closely with Graphic Designer and Web Designer to ensure all deliverables meet client requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining the company wide Digital Asset Management tool by regularly adding completed projects, ensuring expiring files are reviewed by key stakeholders and updated as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) to three (3) years demonstrated success in supporting projects that cross multiple lines of business.
• Excellent computer proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
