Assists with day-to-day operations supporting tactical efforts for new customer acquisition and existing customer cross/upsell efforts. This includes direct mail efforts, online promotions and PR. Support creative review of all customer acquisition direct mail pieces which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring data accuracy, gathering feedback, communicating necessary changes with team and gaining legal approval. Update campaign and media tracking reports with monthly results. Produce campaign fact sheets for call center training and support email campaign needs.

Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in relevant discipline preferred (marketing, business, communications); minimum 4-year college degree and equivalent experience.
