Job Description
Assists with day-to-day operations supporting tactical efforts for new customer acquisition and existing customer cross/upsell efforts. This includes direct mail efforts, online promotions and PR. Support creative review of all customer acquisition direct mail pieces which includes, but is not limited to, ensuring data accuracy, gathering feedback, communicating necessary changes with team and gaining legal approval. Update campaign and media tracking reports with monthly results. Produce campaign fact sheets for call center training and support email campaign needs.

Required Skills

Ability to advise internal staff on communication issues, ensuring promptness and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills (tact/diplomacy, listening, questioning).
Ability to develop and maintain relationships and alliances with internal and external clients.
Proficiency with MS Office products – strong capability with Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong sense of enthusiasm, interest and motivation in all aspects of the business.
Ability to deliver timely, quality, clear, concise and accurate work.
Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures

Required Education/Certification
Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in relevant discipline preferred (marketing, business, communications); minimum 4-year college degree and equivalent experience.
