Marketing Coordinator

Client is seeking a top tier candidate for the Marketing Coordinator role in the advertising department.

This position will be responsible for coordinating all internal and external meetings within the Media department.
The Administrative Assistant will also manage hectic calendars, expense reports and coordinate travel for the team.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Coordinate internal and external meetings for the Advertising team

• Manage hectic calendars for senior staff and team

• Generate reports as necessary

• Prepare team expense reports

• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements

• General office duties as necessary

• Act as a liaison to other departments to ensure tasks are completed

• 3+ years of administrative experience - 1 yr preferably in a marketing coordinating setting

• Excellent computer skills

- Candidate must have worked in a startup, tech, or action sports company preferably
- FAST Paced team setting

• Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

• Be an absolute coordination whiz

• Ability to hit the ground running and take charge of the position

• Passionate about Facebook and social media

• Constantly searching for new and exciting ways to do things

• Be self-directed and take initiative

• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments

• Always on the lookout for the next great thing in travel (hotels, flights, restaurants)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively interact with all levels
