3 month contract opportunity with Fortune 500 Social Media company in San Francisco!

Our Client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help contribute to the Sales Marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will focus on covering the logistics and administration of all marketing initiatives. This will include events for the Sales Teams as well as Marketing Produced Events. They will gain hands on experience driving and executing an array of tasks supporting the Marketing team, primarily focused on event marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Support all Marketing team initiatives
• Coordinate event logistics for conferences, speaking opportunities, and other industry events
• Coordinate and execute Sales Happy Hours
• Event list management
• Create PO’s and manage all marketing invoices
• Maintaining event budgets
• Generate ideas and source company marketing materials
• Managing SWAG and its distribution
• Vendor Management
• Manage and execute Internal events in San Francisco
• Support coordination and project management for marketing content creation and distribution
• Calendar support for Director
Skills:
Ability to think on your feet, and plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion
• Excellent written and verbal skills, with an acute sense of copy-editing and attention to detail
• Interest and experience in event planning and coordination
• Team player and ability to collaborate with a variety of people
• Positive, self-starter, with flexible work style, intellectual curiosity and professional drive
• Proficiency in Google Office suite
• Ability and willingness to travel is a plus
Education:
• BA or BS degree with a strong academic background (emphasis in Marketing preferred)
