Marketing Coordinator

My client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who knows the Adobe Suite and is comfortable with Powerpoint and presentation work.

Primary duties may include:
 Maintain high-quality pitch books and presentations consistent with the firm’s brand
 Update graphs, charts and other design elements for presentations; collaborate with graphic designer to ensure consistency of brand
 Proofread work for accuracy (typing, layout, consistency and format)
 Coordinate the acquisition of data from multiple sources
 Coordinate document approval process and maintain approval records
 Assist with the printing and binding of presentations (both internal printing and external print vendors)
 Oversee inventory of presentations in circulation
 Manage calendar of recurring material updates
 Other ad hoc items as needed

Candidate Requirements
 Expert PC-based PowerPoint skills
 Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
 Strong proficiency Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and/or Illustrator
 Ability to code HTML emails for consistent appearance across multiple browsers, platforms and devices
 3+ years related experience; experience in the financial industry a plus
 Minimum 2-year college degree
 Strong design sense and keen visual eye
 Typing skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy
 Excellent verbal, writing and proofreading skills
 Ability to meet tight deadlines efficiently and work under pressure
 Strong multi-tasking and management of projects
 Sharp attention to detail
 Proactive, can-do attitude
 Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
