Qualifications:

Essential:
• Passion for film and media
• Ideal candidate must be bright, hardworking, organized, and focused. A pro-active individual with the ability to work independently
• Motivated and passionate professional with strong organizational and planning skills who is able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Ability to able to communicate effectively and diplomatically between partners, an agency, clients and internal cross-functional teams
• Must be a team player who is able to work in an open and collaborative environment
• Fast learner
• Ability to work with confidential material
• Must be bilingual (verbal and written Spanish/English proficiency, Portuguese a plus)

Desirable:
• Understanding of marketing TV brands & programmes
• Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc) and presentation proficiencies
• Ability to take initiative, be proactive and have meticulous follow-through
• Prior administrative experience working in the entertainment industry, especially film, TV, publicity, promotions or agency

Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal departments and international teams across multiple disciplines (PR, Research, Programming, Digital, Creative) to coordinate on and off air marketing activity Service the Miami office and in-territory marketing heads 100%; no independent discretion/judgement
• Service the digital promotions department and liase between third party service providers to ensure work meets brand guidelines and promotional strategy 30%; some independent judgement/discretion
• Proofread digital creative submissions to ensure that format and copy meet guidelines, and that legal, branding, and marketing platform elements comply with policies (language, photography, format, offer) 10%; some independent judgement/discretion
• Serve as liason between on-air promotions and Latam base 30%; no independent judgement/discretion
• Collect, maintain database and distribute materials between distributors, clients, central headquarters, and internal production teams 20%; some independent judgement/discretion
• Support the Marketing Department on the development of all marketing activity to build the show brands and assist in all brand strategy efforts 100%; no independent discretion/judgement
• Track projects in excel 10% independent discretion
